Loctite3D IND405 Clear

Material
LOCTITE® 3D IND405 Clear-01

Description

Loctite3D Clear is a photoreactive resin specifically designed for 3D printing. Loctite3D Clear is formulated with high-resolution printing capabilities and fast cure times, making it a reliable choice for many applications. This versatile material is suitable for various industries, including medical, consumer goods, and automotive, where it can create intricate parts and prototypes. One of the significant benefits of Loctite3D Clear is its high elongation and toughness properties, which make it resistant to cracking under stress. This means the material can withstand heavy loads and high-impact forces without breaking or deforming.

About Digital Light Processing

Digital Light Processing (DLP) is a type of 3D printing that employs a UV-sensitive liquid resin cured through a digital light projector. Once the printing process is finished, our AM technicians thoroughly clean the part, remove any supports, and apply UV and thermal curing, if necessary.

DLP 3D printing is an ideal choice for projects that require high levels of detail and finishing in various production-grade materials. This technology can produce components with varying durometers and characteristics, ranging from supple silicone to rigid high-temp cyanate ester. It is beneficial for creating small end-use components, lightweight metal part replacements, functional, high-detail prototypes, jigs, and fixtures.
